A. Nothing! With the GHL Program, you can upgrade your equipment with zero money down and low monthly payments. Your monthly payment will cover the cost of the installation and equipment, plus all service parts and labor costs.
Q. HOW IS THE RENTAL RATE CALCULATED?
A. Our rates are calculated based on the cost from the contractor to supply, install, and maintain your equipment.
Our rental rates are not calculated using interest rates but rather take into consideration the service and maintenance over the life of the equipment, plus the equipment and installation costs.

A. Yes, it can be! The GHL Program gives you flexible solutions for peace-of-mind and end of term options, allowing you to own the equipment at the end of the term, upgrade to new equipment, or continue on a monthly protection plan.
Q. WILL I STILL RECEIVE AN UTILITY REBATE?
A. Yes*. When you sign up for the GHL Program, you will receive the same rebates as you would if you were purchasing the equipment outright. We will ensure that you have the necessary paperwork to apply for and receive your rebate.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD EQUIPMENT WHEN I UPGRADE WITH GHL?
A. If your old equipment is a rental, GHL will return it to your old provider, free of charge. If you own it, we can dispose of it, free of charge, or leave it for you to keep.
